Refund eligibility depends on your program rules and how charges were processed. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact your program administrator with the date, amount, and any receipt or confirmation you have.

Most requests are reviewed within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible; timing can vary by bank or card issuer.

  • Balance or counts frozen — Check your connection, hard-refresh the app, and wait a minute for sync.
  • Still stuck — Send your program admin a screenshot, your approximate local time, and what you expected to see.
